Well I put Mags on her backwards and left the middle snap undone and put her tail through there. I didn't cut any holes in it or anything, I just unsnapped it and took her over to the puppy pad about ever 45 minutes to an hour so she could go potty and then I;d snap it back up. I do want to say though, that just because they have the onesie on IS NOT a sure thing that they can't get the spay area open. Mags had hers on ALL THE TIME, and I woke up the next morning to Mags incision being laid wide open, I had to rush her back to the vet so they could clean her up and reclose her. Good luck.
