I had to pay $500 (more than MY deposit!) for Zeus, but it's refundable. And $250 for my cat, Odysseus. When we move out, I'll be cleaning the carpets. My babies do NOT have fleas, but I'll make sure that it's included just so it's on paper so I can get all of their deposits back. But to keep it...bah. Gets me angry... lol
I couldn't get agree more! The pet fee here is $500 and mine was $350. I can do a lot more damage than my animals. I think they charge pet rent so they can get every dollar, knowing most of us will pay it to have our babies.
