My Ziggy is 3 years old and just had both done this month, at the same time. I would definitely recommend it! He had two have two baby teeth extracted also. He was sent home with the anibiotic Clavamox as a preventitive for infection. He did great with everything and even ate his dinner that night! I would say do it and save the pet from having to go under anesthesia twice, and it's also cheaper that way. Ziggy's was only $300 for both.
