 changing food
I am changing Latte to a hypoallergenic food as well. I found a great article that said to mix 25% of the new diet with 75% of the old diet for 2 days. Then mix the food equally for 2 days. The 75% new/25% old for 2 days. The vet tech also said it should take about a week. And remember, I haven't found a place yet that would not take back the dog food that your pet won't eat. Save your receipt, just in case your dog doesn't like it. We're going with Royal Canin Rabbit and if he doesn't eat it, back it goes for another try! |
