I was seriously impressed with the around his person's neck attachment to his harness for riding-but yes there is always the fall risk.
I'd say about as dangerous as having a dog unsecured in any vehicle.
What can I say at least he's loved by his people and they are having the time of their lives together.
I'd assume if Harley didn't love riding his person wouldn't be able to have him riding at all.
Looks like they are living life to the fullest in the safest way to me (I'm not getting on a hog anytime soon though myself).
