When picking the pup up from the breeder's make sure you have a towel and some paper towels because they most likely will throw up in the car. If you are driving and there is no one to hold your puppy, make sure you have a pet carrier to put it in. Also if it's cold out, bring a sweater or something warm for your puppy to wear.
If it's a long car ride bring some water and maybe a bowl for some food your breeder gives you. A leash and a harness for pee breaks.
