Default small pups

Is there a way to tell if your puppies are going to be tiny one's? I heard it's usually the runt in the litter, I have 2 that are small, 2 that are a little bigger, one quite a bit bigger, and another that is twice the size of the smallest one's. Mom is about 9 lbs, white yorkie, dad is a babyface short legged yorkie and he's a small dog, about 7 lbs before he started eating some table foods. I'm a little temped to keep one if I thought it might not get any bigger than 5 or 6 lbs but how do you tell honestly? Can you determine it by the weight size when they get a little older? They are 2 weeks old today. Mom doesn't seem so interested in feeding them that much now, though she is, just not so frequently, how many times a day should they eat?
