Wow sound like you baby has had a bit of abandonment issues. Normally dogs will hide and shiver for fear of something. But from what you say there are no triggers in your home. If nothing else just cuddle and love on her and show her a bit or a lot of additional comfort. It may just be that the leaving her was a bit too much for her to handle.
