We have had Gracie for two weeks now and it seems like she's been with us forever. How quickly they steal your hearts. Her and Brodie are like still getting along great. She may be little but she can certainly hold her own.
Had a major scare with her last week - she reacted to her 2nd shot - poor little thing. Her little eyes were swollen shut. Scared the living daylights out of me. I have never seen that happen before. Vet fixed her up with Benadryl and she was fine the next day. Me on the other hand, I think it tok 10 years off my life.
She is still waking up at different hours but last night for the first time, when she woke at 5:00 am, I just reached my hand down to the crate for a few minutes and she went back to sleep for another hour and a half.
