I also live on a 3rd floor apartment and I had a chihuahua before I just got my Yorkie baby. I had to pay a $300 pet deposit and I have to pay an extra $10/mo for "pet rent". At this point I can't even remember if my deposit is refundable or not. I don't even care. Over the long term of my apartment stay, $300 is nothing to have my comapnions with me.
My chihuahua will go down the steps and "go potty" and come right back up without me "taking" her. The baby however, has to be carried - up & down the steps. I don't mind it. Me, my boyfriend, and the kids all take turns with her, so I have a lot of help. |
