I live in a 3rd floor apartment and it's not a big deal. I think it depends on the style of the apartment. I live in an older apartment complex and I just have to walk up a set of stairs to get to my door. In some of the newer apartments, which are more of a "hotel style", would be more difficult. Whenever Sophia stands by the door, I just pick her up and we walk down to go outside. I had to pay a $400 refundable deposit... but there's no way I'm getting that back after Sophia's puppy accidents and doggy diarrhea... so I see it as non-refundable lol. I don't have to pay to get it deflead or deodorized. I've never heard of having to do that in any apartment. I'm surprised that's not covered in the nonrefundable deposit. |
