Yes he is neutered, and yes I watch him as I usually do catch him in the act. At first it seemed he was afraid so he would run go potty and come back with his tail down knowing he did wrong and I would find it. It seems now though he will just potty right in front of me when we're playing fetch like he can't hold it when he was just outside 5-10 minutes ago. |
