Changing homes is often traumatic for small dogs. Their whole world has changed. Now that you've moved in with someone, you will need to retrain him in where to go out and take him out on a regular schedule. Try treats so that he feels very special and knows he's done well after going outside. I also wonder if he has been neutered?
