Default Needing Advice

I'm new to this site, and I wasn't quite sure which forum would be best to post this under. I have a 2 year old male yorkie who has been a fabulous dog for me up until this past month. He's potty trained never has accidents in my house, however last month I moved in with my fiance and he's started having accidents and they just keep getting more and more. I've taken him to the vet worried it may be a bladder infection or uti. The vet said he seemed just fine but gave him medicine for a uti just in case it was that. He will not poop in the house only pee and its never in the same spot.. usually in the same area but sometimes he finds other spots. My fiance has no pets and I wandered if he may be doing it for my attention or jealously that he's now not the constant center of my attention. I dont want to get rid of him even the thought of it makes me sad.. but I can't continue to let him have accidents as often as he is.. Has anyone had this problem or have any ideas as to what I can do to try and stop it??
