Thanks everyone for the positive words! my husband and i have been trying to get them used to certain smells, sounds, etc to ease the transition. The vet also said to buy a baby doll, swaddle it (haha) and carry it around and hold it so that Remy can get used to not being in my lap 24-7. I guess I am just so worried that he will be aggressive towards the baby if he suddenly starts getting less attention from me.
The one time my girlfriend brought her baby over (9 month old), he was fine until she started playing with her toys. He tried to take all of her toys from her! And he got jealous when i picked up the baby and carried her around the house. He barked and jumped up but eventually settled down. That has been our only experience with yorkies + babies.
I am just praying it all goes well!
