Thanks everyone!
I make sure that it is clipped and will ask the vet's advice next time we go to him. When he was neutered in November, he had a dental done and needed an antibiotic, so I'm glad it wasn't done then. Hopefully, we have no problems as it doesn't seem to bother him, but we will definitely keep an eye on it. It's weird seeing as it's just one, but that's what he has.
