Unfortunately, if it isn't a puppy mill, it kind of sounds like a back yard breeder since she's breeding several different breeds. Please just listen to those who have given you sound advice as they are experienced yorkie owners and truly know what they are talking about. They are not trying to scare you or attack you. They are simply preparing you for when you bring your little furbutt home.
