Teddy checks his empty bowl when we come inside. I don't know if he is hoping food will have appeared or what. He also checks his bed and his piddle pad before he runs to the kitchen for his yogurt treat.
Max's ritual is taking his Ty Bow Wow Beanie Weenie dog for a walk after meals. He goes in and out of the tunnels created by the furniture. One of the stops on his walk is the floating couch where he looks over the back at me until I say, "Hi Max! I see you!" At the end of the walk, Max puts the doggie to bed.
