Katie Scarlett makes these little whining noises when she is not getting her way too, but not during brushing. She actually loves to be brushed. She sits good and still. When it's time to do top knot, she gets in a down and lays still until I'm done. She is all girl. But when I am on the computer for example and 'not paying enough attention to her,' she will start whining and crawl on top of my hands trying to get me to stop typing. Little booger!
