Try fresh kibble. If kibble sits around in the bowl during the day, it starts to go stale. My boys get a little picky when we get to the bottom of a 5-pound bag that I keep tightly closed.

Normally I would say don't change the kibble he was eating at the breeder's home, but if your pup isn't eating, it might be worth a shot. Natural Balance makes a "tiny bites" version. Fromm kibble are also among the smallest I can think of.

A tiny bit of plain yogurt (no additives) may stimulate his appetite too.
