Next month I plan to travel back to NJ and I am taking Jersey with me. I have lived in NJ my entire life until recently when I moved to Illinois. Jersey will be 8 months old when I am there and I am considering having him neutered by my very good friend who has her veterinary practice there.

My question is should I do it then or wait? The reason for waiting is because at the current time, only one testicle has descended. If I wait is it possible that the other one will drop? Also, he has retained some of his baby teeth. I just don't know if I should wait to see if the testicle drops and also put off having the baby teeth removed or just do it next month, even though it will be a more invasive surgery. What are your thoughts?
