I too offer up my prayers for you and those pups. PDA can be operated on, not cheap of course, and the pups will bear all the risks inherent in any surgery.

It sounds like your vet is going above and beyond, and I was happy to hear they have already arranged for a consult.

I know you will let these "breeders" know what is going on with the pups. I would wait until after the specialist consult. I also would be pretty blunt about the lack of professionalism of "their vet" who missed an obvious murmur, in not one but two pups!
