The class action suit with Innova is because of misrepresentng information. The company claimed that the ingredients were human grade. My furgirl is on innova small bites. I tried to switch her from innova and it was a disaster. Frankly I don't care about the P & G connection as long as the formula doesn't change. Also I don't care about the human grade qualities because all I want is a quality dog food . Its hard to select a good dog food. Remember that no dog food is perfect. What works wonders for one dog may be a disaster for another dog.
I suggest you research and select the best option for your particular pet.
