I am so sorry that your breast cancer has reoccurred. You have some very hard decisions facing you.
You are correct that the chemotherapy will be very aggressive but that is because it has returned. Did they tell you if it spread and is the same type as the last cancer? Have they done any further scans? What is your surgeon recommending as a course of treatment? Are you even a candidate for a lumpectomy? I'm sorry that I am rambling~if you want to talk PM me.
