Hello and Welcome!!! First and formost I would have nutri-cal/nutra-stat or nutra-drops in case of low blood sugar!!! Hopefully your breeder will have already thought of that among other things. How much info has your breeder already given you or do expect alot when you go to pick up? I had a crate, toys, receiving blankets, food, potty situation figured out ie..litterbox or piddle pads, oh so many things its hard to remember but definitely blood sugar protection is a must!! How far do you have to go? You may want some baby wipes with you in case of upset tummy on the ride.
And one thing I am sure you already have...lots of love!!
