That's what we did. All hardwoods and tile. Ginger goes outside but also uses pads when we aren't home. Problem with this is that I have tried to use some small throw rugs and she uses them like a pad.
I ended up throwing them all out. The only rug I have that she hasn't messed with is a bamboo rug. I wish I could get her to know the difference in a pad and a rug!
