She has warmed up to me a little more today. When I took her outside a few minutes ago, she followed me around the yard (it's fenced). She has been just sitting down. No peepee or poo outside yet but thankfully she is using the pads to pee but pooping beside them . She is used to going in and out a doggie door which I don't have and couldn't even put one in because the yorkie room is in the front of the house. yard with fence is in the back. Her little eyes have been teary ever since I got her. She looked over my shoulder yesterday when I left her home with her. The previous owner had a husband that is somewhat disabled and he was more less claiming her and she played with him. I feel sorry for her and even tho I love her to pieces, I don't see how people can raise these little animals all their lives, then get rid of them like they are nothing. My dogs are with me until they die. My husband says most breeders don't look at it that way. This lady is getting more into the showing aspect, having several dogs that are in all kinds of shows and I think eventually she will quit breeding. So I am trying to make everything up to my new gal.
