I know it's hard, but please remember that if you do purchase this dog, you are only ENCOURAGING the breeder to raise even more puppies in those deplorable conditions, for the $$$. You might "rescue" one puppy, but you'd be REWARDING the breeder, who will just turn around and breed even more.
The only way for us to help stop this cycle is by REFUSING to support irresponsible and abusive breeders.
I know it's heartbreaking though!
