I just purchased insurance for my yorkie and my beagle through PetCare last month - I just got them the cheapest plan QuickCare which is $9.95 a month for each. And yesterday, my little Oakley was bitten by another dog
So I will be filing my claim with PetCare soon. I'll post an update to let you know if this insurance is worth it.
