Your question reminded me of what a friend did. Warning I am not suggesting you try this. A friend had Small Continetal Spaniel that had one ear that up. She wanted both to flop. She taped a quarter to the tip of the prick ear ( I wonder if she shaved the ear first, or taped it to the fur ?) The weight made the ear flop.
Yorkies are supposed to have small V shaped, up right prick ears.
