My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am a 3 year breast cancer survior. Thanks to God, my cancer was found so early that I didn't have to do chemo but did do raditaion and I am on the 5 years of tamoxifen.
When it comes down to it, don't worry if you have to have a mastecomy. It will be painful but it will pass. You will be here for your family and that is what's most important. They can do amazing things even to the ones who have been radiated. There is a great Breast Cancer/Reconstructive center down in Atlanta I think. I will have to look up the name.
I wish you the best and hope they can tell you something Monday. For me, the waiting is the worst!!!!!!! I have to have information and a plan to focus on.
Prayers are answered everyday and there is no doubt that Jesus saved me and he can save you too. |
