Welcome to YT! I never had any luck with pads. I just moved and have a small covered patio, so I'm lucky she can go under that when it rains. When I lived in my other place I kept her out there until she went. She got soaked, but eventually learned to go quick! You can also buy a raincoat if you wanna try that. Your baby is a cutie!
