I am a firm believer in the leash law - for every dog regardless of age or breed or disposition. It not only protects your dog it protects every one else as well. And it's just common courtesy to keep your dogs leashed - I mean, what if you were allergic to dogs, walking down the street, and someone's ignorance by not following the law puts you in the hospital? |
