Love Carole King! My mom took me (I was in my 30's) and my sister to see her a few years ago when she was doing The Living Room Tour. Awesome! She prefers to perform to smaller groups so the place we went did not sell the lawn seats (The Woodlands, TX) and it was really nice. But it's also amazing to know that she has written SO much more than she has ever actually performed herself. She's very interesting to read about. Bee Gees were the same way (regarding their writing of songs). The Tapestry album will always have a special place in my heart.
