I am not the best writer but have always prided myself on my editing skills as far as grammar and spelling go. I just have a hard time coming up with the descriptive words on my own. One thing that surprised me when my kids starting writing and typing more is that there is/are (which is proper?) no longer 2 spaces after a period. We were taught that back in my day (I'm 40 now) and now it's no longer the rule?? How can anyone possibly keep up with all the changes?? Luckily my daughters are very good with essay writing!
