My girl loves her sqeakies too - big time. Just tonight at Target I found a 4 pack of small tennis balls WITH sqeakers. They are made by AirKong. They are awesome cause she can hold it her in mouth AND they squeak. They had xsmall balls and small if anyone is looking.
She won't be able to puncture these.
