Well I agree with all Maximo and Bitsy said. There is something I've been thinking about a whole lot; that being adding another dog into our family, "cause" it would be good for the current dog in someway or fashion.

I think one's first priority should be; do I want to care for two? - can I afford the financial expense? Am I ready for my life to be changed by doubling up. When I went from two to three dogs - wow!. From my memory one to two was not too bad. But even some vacation homes/cottages that would take one, didn't want two. Even campsites here have a limit on the number of dogs you can have. when we travel, potty breaks are kindof extended with three dogs, and with two, I walk one by one, because I'm just cautious in strange places, and want my whole attention focussed on one dog at a time.
