Hi,

Okay, like most people here already know...we haven't been puppy parents for 12 years now.

Bella has started to snarl and growl at her toys. Is this normal? It doesn't sound like she's playing it sounds like she's wanting to attack/fight them.

When I pick her up while she's playing, she'll growl, and then turn and lick my face.

Why is she snarling and growling at her toys and growling at me when I pick her up to say hello?

She plays fine with Sprout (our Brussels) as he has taught her what is appropriate biting and what isn't when playing with a dog. So..she's not vicious...I just can't figure out what's up with the snarling?
