Thanks! I love Focaccia bread & this one looks delicious! From what I've read, and from reading people's comments here, I think I'll be better off without the bread machine, just making the different breads the old fashioned way. It seems to get really good bread it has to be baked in the oven. This recipe is a must try - thanks again.
