Pennies in a can or jar can probably fix that problem. Puppies for some reason hate the rattling sound. And puppies around that age do that sometimes. Or maybe you can cover the crate, because if they see you they want to be with you. So if you cover the crate with a cover. She will probably stop whining. It might take a while before she gets used to this. Hope I helped.
