Another thing to look into might be some guided meditations or similar, to help calm your pain system/nervous system. I have some on my ipod, and they really help w/ relaxation.

I do meditate everyday, and read as well. I read many of anthony robbins, joel osteen, deepak chopra, eckhart tolle, dr.norman vincent.... It does help me to stay positive, but I was wondering if there would be much difference btw doing things myself vs attending seminar like robbins'. I'll check out ipod meditation(I didn't know they had one)
