Yeah, this came across my FB. Disgusting. They have to set examples, better examples of those that abuse animals. The laws are way too lenient. I hope they press for the fullest possible charges on this owner/s. A simple call to a rescue or a shelter and a surrender and the Yorkie would have been off their hands, but instead they chose to throw her away. I'd really love to get my hands on people like this. Just burns me.
