I checked out the Valle of the Sun Dog Rescue site and it says that after further evaluation, it looks like another animal did this to her. It says that the owner left her in this condition for a week or MORE!! without medical care, then threw her in a dumpster.
How can someone watch their baby suffer like that! It absolutely boggles my mind...and turns my stomach!
