I'd be happy to give you my views. I have three yorkies - ages 11.5, 11.5, and 3.
I vaccinate according to AAHA guidelines for core vaccines. I have in the past but no longer do non core vaccines. I fully expect my vet to properly vaccinate my dogs using whole doses of vaccines. I separate vaccines meaning I don't allow rabies to be given on the same day as DHPP. In my view also, your fears are misplaced about dosing.
