That is too bad you didn't get an papers or Vet records. I wonder if there are any Vet records to be had?
If you have any documentation, cancelled cheque from paying for him, his sire, dam info you could contact the CKC and see if they can help to get his registration certificate. It won't cost you anything to do that and they will try to help you. I think the best route would be to send them a letter telling them you bought this dog and send photocopies of anything you might have.

You really should contact them, it might help to stop her from making any claims about being a CKC breeder and would perhaps help someone else from getting ripped off.
