A member here , "Lorraine" is in Canada and is an ethical yorkie breeder, you might private message her and ask about specific breeders. Also in Canada is NicNac Yorkies, Laure Hunter, she has beautiful yorkies. One of her yorkies is in the top five yorkies (show stats)for 2011 I believe.
