Haha! Many boy and girl Yorkies do this humping behavior. Neutering may help, but probably won't stop it completely. I always interrupt and redirect them, or a few minutes in Time-out to calm down, lol.

My one female, spayed, had a bed she loved to hump. I put it up and tried to reintroduce it a number of times, finally the fourth time she hasn't humped it since, at least not when I'm watching!

My other female only humps my arm when I put her on my bed, either to play during the day, or when I retire for the evening. She stops as I'm trying to extract my arm, then she does the zoomies around the bed before she'll settle down and goes to sleep.

Honestly, I think it is an integral part of being a yorkie, so it's best to learn to accept the behavior somewhat, by keeping a favored toy or bed in a room away from guests, and gently redirecting him away from people when he's in the mood. I don't know if one can stop it completely... I think it may not be worth the effort....lol.
