I would go to the store and buy two sets of high quality ear plugs. I would tape a piece of paper on the earplug box and draw out a small crossword puzzle saying "From (name of dog)". I would then wrap them in Christmas paper and take them over to their house. Knock on the door, hand them the two pretty little boxes and say "Merry Belated Christmas" and walk off with your nose in the air.
