Sorry to hear your baby didn't respond to the antibiotics. I would be concerned that it is something more serious (things that come to mind are diabetes, thyroid problems and Cushing's disease). Only a vet can diagnose. Unless you are giving her a treat her every time you put her out/she rings the bell. If that is the case, then she may be ringing her bell just to get a treat..... good luck!
