wow I thought my neighbors were bad but now they seem like saints! I just moved into this awesome place 2 weeks ago. Lots of room, a block and a half from school, and cheap! Then the first night I realized I'm living next door to a band that practises between 11 pm and 3 am... sometimes even later. Someone called the cops on them one night but they're right back to it now. I would move somewhere else but I can't pass up the price and location of this place!
